Storing account info - pswds, etc?

I’m the executor for my parents, an aunt, an uncle and my brother. I’m gathering account numbers and passwords for my mom as quickly as possible before she can no longer remember anything. I’m currently using a primary spreadsheet and will have a tab per estate. Feels super basic for what I’m going to have to deal with.

Is there a service/website out there that may be better (and more secure) than using Excel and OneDrive? Ideally it’d have filters and categories to prompt me to gather info I may not have thought of.
