Is it better to dab dry or wipe dry after a pee?

This is such a weird question but I’m constantly wondering. No I don’t use one of those things you use on a toilet that sprays you with water, but I use water based baby wipes every morning and night. After a pee is it better to dab or wipe dry? And is it better to use a baby wipes after too?
