Electric Typewriter experience was awesome!

Went to a typewriter store near me (Shout out Clickety Clack in Rolla, MO) and tried out my first electric typewriter- I imagine a lot of you already know this, but it’s so so so smooth to type on! I might end up buying one

I have a manual Smith Corona currently, but it’s been hard for me to get into writing with it simply because it’s such a different feel than a computer keyboard. An electric typewriter bridges that gap while keeping the output analog.

Just thought I’d share :)

P.S - Let me know if there’s any crazy downsides to owning an electric typewriter that I’m not aware of yet
