Texas Health Resources Salary Negotiation

Has anyone in Texas worked for THR? Have a potential opportunity and would like some insight from others who have had experience there!

1. Were you able to negotiate the salary at all with them? If so, how were you able to? If not, what is so difficult with them?

2. How would you rate the THR hospitals, system, culture, pay, benefits, schedule, etc?

3. Do you get annual raises? How much % each year? Is there a salary cap?

4. How does THR compare to UTSW, Baylor, Parkland, Medical City, Methodist, Texas Children’s, etc. If you were to make a top 10 list, where would you rank each of these hospitals?
