Twilight of Empires, one of the largest mods, has been removed

There is a bunch of pedantic drama in the Sea Power modding community, but the end result is ToE being taken down by the mod creator. The main cause is a split in the community and evidence that ToE was ripping parts from other mods without permission.
The devs formalized rules for the Steam Workshop today due to this, so make sure to ask if you want to copy code/art/whatever from other mods.
Make sure you are subscribed to the mod, and do not delete it!
