Could I run this on a laptop?

Im wondering if i should wait until they hopefully fix some of the crashing issues or if my computer should have no problem. Not that i even could play it now im broke as hell but for future reference.

My computers specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 258V (2.20 GHz)

Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.5 GB usable)

Graphics card: Intel(R) Arc(TM) 140V GPU (16GB) (128 MB)
