What places in the United States has job opportunities?

I currently live in one of the worst states for job opportunities with an unemployment rate higher than average because there’s no jobs.

I’m going to move. And I’m sick of applying for over a year to only hear back from caregiving roles. I want to move somewhere with jobs. I need a job.

I prefer a cold climate.
