Hi guys. I'm thinking of turning my clitoris into a penis, but keeping my female appearance. I dont want my family members knowing anything changed downstairs. Is the only way to get a metoidioplasty through testosterone? Or can it be done with pumps? Also i'm not considering phalloplasty because i care more about biological sensation and natural appearance.
