Booking at Meralco court is so frustrating

Been trying to book at Meralco for several weeks now to no avail. I would wake up early in the morning at 5:50am, call them, and stay on the line for like 15-30 mins.

The most frustrating part pa is that I’m using my regular load to call them, only for them to say they can’t hear me and tell me to call a different landline instead. This usually happens 3-5x, and then after finally getting through successfully, they’ll tell me, “Wala na po.”

Then they say they just pick up callers at random, which honestly makes it feel like a lottery system???

Who among you has actually successfully booked at Meralco recently? This is so frustrating and honestly feels like a scam at this point.
