Can a gym sue me for not paying the membership fee even if did not availed their service for the past two months?

So there this gym chain which is very known. They offer a six month program where I have to pay 2600 each month at the beginning of every month. Payment is thru credit card. I haven’t availed their membership since July because I was assigned in a project located far from company’s office. Their was a gym branch here in the town where I am currently working but its 8 Kilometers away from my location. I have paid the payment for July and August.

The catch was there is a agreement contract which I signed before I started. Part of it was saying I need to pay 5000 pesos if I will stop the program.

If I decided to cut out my current credit card, will they ever sue me?
