Teething..just oof

My poor LO was going through it this week with a little fever and refusing solids and just latched on me all through the night for a couple nights. Felt around today and it seems like her upper molars are cutting through! Her first few rounds of teething were month long challenges but now the worst of it only seems to be a few days or so.

We give her saline spray every day since it’s always helped with teething and we just never really know when she’s in it because it seems to happen in spurts, but does anyone have any tips on other things that help through the night? I’m so happy o can give her comfort but trying to lay down in good positions for her that don’t make her wake up wailing is just wrecking my body
