Beyond The Vastness | 18+ Horror | Asynch, no GM, sandbox

Inspired by Lovecraftian horror, this play by post roleplay pushes the boundaries of what any mere mortal can take.

Set in USA, 1932, a world still freshly scarred from The Great War, and The Spanish Flu, now in the midst of The Great Depression, racial segregation, and increasingly tense geopolitical relations, a rift has opened to allow for colliding of worlds Beyond the Vastness of Time and Space.

Will this rift be allowed to continue? What are the repercussions of this?

Or will it be stopped? And is that that a good thing in a world so full of woe to feast upon?

You can play mortals, gods, fae, spirits, or more. Multiple characters allowed. Lax moderation, just don’t be a jerk OOC and ask permission before effecting other players.

As of now, there is no overarching plot, except to discover the cause of this rift in time and space opening, and whether or not it should, or could, be stopped.

We have a couple of proxy bots that allow users to make mini profiles for their characters, as well as an anon bot that allows for use of nameless/faceless NPCs. 18+ only please, there's no sex but there's a lot of horror.

Will you peer beyond the veil?
