Storm water cover storytime

Missoula water did a bunch of work on my block this summer. Today I ran over a storm drain cover on my block and my tier fell in. I've noticed its been off kilter but forgot to pay attention today. I went over to it after I parked to set it right. I put it on correctly and stepped on it lightly with my right foot to make sure it was secure... it was not!

I almost met Pennywise, the cover flipped and my entire right leg went down the shoot. Im fine, bruised pelvis and some scratches but damn, that was scary. If I had stepped with 2 feet I would have fit in that fucking hole.

I called the city and warned my neighbors. And this is my warning to you all... dont step on storm drain covers... Penywise is waiting.
