I am currently working as scale 1 officer(marketing officer)in psb and cleared sbi cbo. Can someone plz tell what kind of targets are given to cbo? Are they given daily targets in morning and humiliated if not achieved?

Do cbo processes the loans or beg in markets for leads ?

Targets means what insurance, accounts or housing loans or some other?

I heard they are giving field officer role to cbo. What are the targets for them as field officer?

Also who gives leads to cbo or does cbo needs to go to market and beg for leads?
