Please advise site may be broken or is it my phone

Hey my phone can go to https://rule34video.com/tags/example

And sees the header but all of it is blank under the head of the page and I can't scroll down but only on mobile view when I go to desktop viewing it works. why is this?I'm on mobile... is the site broken. this stops when I use a VPN for Chicago and sometimes Dallas in texas but it stops if I leave part of the page for a page on the tags list under a video on the Dallas server.
