anyone know the chances of getting unbanned from rh

Just wanted to know what other people’s experiences are with trying to get unbanned from the game. I’m unfortunately permanently banned and have been for about three years due to a misunderstanding. I was hacked and contacted royale high at the time and got my trade reversed. A week after that I got permanently banned from the game for “lying to support about being hacked” even tho I didn’t lie. Anyways it’s been about 3 years since I was banned and i emailed them about 5 days ago and no response yet. Do you think I have any chance of getting unbanned or am I cooked? To clarify I WAS hacked and the real reason (i believ) they didnt unban me was cus I had a “history of suspicious trades” but then they wouldn’t give me any usernames so. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
