Had this idea for a new Ex-Pop a little while ago while reading the lore for the Berserkers, decided to whip up a concept real quick on MSPaint and post it just to see what people thought.

These lovely fellows are called "**Babblers**" or "**Gibberers**".

**LORE**
The Babblers are iterations on the Berserker Ex-Pops. Frequent incidents of Murkoff staff comitting acts of self-harm after prolonged periods of exposure to the Berserkers and, more specifically, their self-directed diatribes had LATHE 2's interest piqued.

The first experiments were done on Berserkers who had been injured so grievously from accidents during Reagent Therapy or accidents that heavy medical care was required in order to prevent permanent injury or death. Early effects were promising, but insufficient for Murkoff's standards. The proposal was made to expose the Berserkers to hallucinogen gas under maximum restraint. The results were ... profound. Exposure to the gas greatly enhanced the effect of their speech, though it also made them prone to uncontrollable fits of violence that called for near-constant physical and chemical restraint.

Babblers were permanently segregated into their own Experiment Population and kept in solitary confinement until they were ordered for Reagent Therapy.

**MECHANICS**
Mechanically, the Babblers are similary to Berserkers in that they mainly wander around one specific area rather than patrolling like other Ex-Pop. When in close proximity to them, Reagents can hear their constant stream of babbling. This babbling has a psychological effect, and prolonged periods of time spent in earshot of the Babblers causes Reagents to lose sanity over time. Babblers are capable of physical violence, choosing to kick or headbutt any reagents that get close to them.

Let me know what you guys think of this!
