Is it bad that I have to lower my head to sing lower notes? (Specifically with throat singing)

so I managed to teach myself throat singing or at least something similar, but to sing in kargyraa style I have to point my head down, otherwise I can’t seem to be able to get my voice low enough and I stay at an octave around my speaking voice.

does this have potential to hurt my voice? and are there any techniques I can use to make it easier to sing kargyraa with my head level?
