Lord of the rings Toronto 28th huge let down

The host of the show should be removed from ever hosting anything of this caliber again. We sat and watched her force feed them for 30 mins chips! And talk and rate chips! No introduction no talk at all about the movies or anything at all. This was my first panel is this how it normally is? She treated it like a reddit post. She also pulled up some random persons Instagram page and showed us stills from the movie lol we didn't talk about anything for 1 hr it was an absolute joke. This is the 25th anniversary of the movies and we all paid good money to be there and she is talking about chips!?!?!? Free sponsorship?
