Philippines unique focus tree

I just want to ask if the Philippines will have its unique focus tree or is it also included in the upcoming update?

I saw a post from discord last Philippine independence day and there's a teaser there about a focus tree of PH in 2000s. Is it going to be on the next beta and main updates?
