taking dph while prescribed buspirone ?

i dont abuse dph anymore, but since the last time i took it (roughly two months ago) ive started busiprone, which is my first anti anxiety medication.

i’ve seen people saying mixing anti depressants with dph is awful for you, but im wondering if that’s just ssris, and what would taking dph while taking busiprone be like ?

another clarification, i do not intend on taking dph again, this is more so just out of curiosity.
