Request for tips on how to market my product

Backstory: one of the few SaaS I built under my Maryland registered LLC (Since January of this year) is a multi-tenant AI resume generation, interview prep & coaching, and job aggregation platform. Target clients are colleges, schools and career service. Primary market being US (I have one pending partnership with major public college in my state and it will most likely be featured in coming days).

Question: What should I do to attract marketing Gurus as a partner based on revenue sharing so I can close deals with colleges, and various career services programs across various states or even secure grants from states some they spent so much on this already.
