How to deal with loneliness

I have been doing acellus for almost 4 years and within those 4 years I have only spoke to one teenager around my age irl. How do you guys make friends while doing this program? I do have online friends but they all have become less active as the school year started and I can already feel the depression starting to hit me, so please any tips would be nice. (Please don't recommend me to go back to in person school as I have trauma towards that)
