A stranger adjusted my(23F) wardrobe malfunction? Now I feel bad😭

So this happened to me yesterday when I was working with my laptop at the lawn area of my office and there were people all around me doing their stuff and there was a man just with his mobile and earphones who was sitting behind me a few feets away then came one of my most embarassing moments of my life😭 and I'm so glad that none of my colleague or friends were with me at that time.As I was sitting on the grass and my pants were low on my hips and ig my panty got exposed on my back i couldn't feel all this till then.So a few mins later I could feel my top being pulled down i just turned back and this guy was really close to back adjusting my top to cover my panty.I just got frustrated at that moment and shouted at him like bro wtf. Immediately he said "sorry,you were exposing your panty so I just tried to help you" and said he didn't meant to do anything wrong.he kept saying sorry for a few times for what he did..so after coming home I was feeling bad for this guy..yes he might not have any bad intentions..but I just couldn't accept his audacity of coming up and adjusting a girl's clothing like that..being a girl even i wouldn't do that to a girl.might just inform her tbh and not this.I still don't know how I should've reacted to that guy.have you girls faced similar kinda situation how did y'all handle it.
