Can you even tell who is Millennial now and do Millennials even hang out still?

Its hard to tell how old adults between 25-45 these days. Im 38 and I haven't hung out with peopple my age consistently in years. Anytime I see young people hanging out, having fun, and looking carefree I assume they must be younger. Couples with kids is a toss up. Some look my age and some don't.
