What to do when facing Case farmers?

Like, today i had to Comp matches on Vertigo where the enemy was a case farmer stack AFK in spawn? Surely going in and farming them cant cause any problems for you, right?

And how do they even farm XP? They get XP for winning rounds but theyre just stuck in spawn. Are they broken??
