I'm selling DrivingPracticeTests.com, a free DMV/permit practice test site covering all 50 states. Use VPN if you’re not in the USA to view as it only allows USA traffic.

The site is live, already profitable, and has a lot of room left to grow. I'm looking to sell it rather than keep spending time expanding the monetization side of it.

The traffic is primarily organic US search, with Bing being the biggest source. Bing is currently doing around 5,000 clicks/month at roughly a 5.6% CTR.

There is also some AI/ChatGPT traffic, which is growing and currently converts better than the site's organic search traffic.
