[M4F] Looking for someone to fill a void

This is a long shot but here it goes. I’m a 40 yr old married male who’s been married for 21 years (yes I got married young). The spark isn’t what it used to be and I miss having a genuine connection with someone. I’m not looking to uproot anything. Instead I’m looking for someone to who makes me feel alive again. I want to be slightly distracted at work, smile when I look at my phone, go to another room to text/talk, hear about your day, and have fun.

I do like the sexual stuff but I that to happen when the time is right. For now I just want someone who appreciates me and wants to spend time with me.

About me: I’m 5’10” with a semi-athletic build. I have brown hair and blue eyes. I am currently training for an ultra marathon so I run a lot. I coach youth hockey when I’m not working and love any type of sports. I enjoy outdoor activities just as much as sitting on the couch under a blanket watching a movie.
