1:1 logo error

I have explored all the previous posts for this issue and still havent been able to resolve it. I first was experiencing an issue where my images were uploading and then instantly disappearing. I finally go them to stay uploaded and now I am have an issue where I cannot get Google to accept my logo. I've verified the aspect ratio, Ive resized the image on Microsoft Paint as well as Canva, I have altered the image, I've experimented with using different files, different file types. Ive seen the list of requirements over and over and nothing seems to be working. I tried clearing cache, and doing it in side incognito mode.

The image always uploads but when I click next, it gives me the error. Im even open to doing an ad without images at this point but can seem to figure out how to do so. It seems to require I upload an image in order to create an ad.

Anyone have a suggestion?
