Long term birth control use

I( F/30) have been on birth control since I was 14. I started getting migraines so I want to see an OB. They said it was caused by the pill and also that my ovaries were quite small. Upon hearing this I went off the pull. All my symptoms improved, but my acne came back. So I went back on the pill. A year later my libido is at an all time low and my periods didn't come the last month. Has anyone managed to go off the pill and prevent the acne ? I know I really need to see an OB but the country I'm currently in does not have a high standard of health care. So I was hoping to get people's personal experiences so I know what to think about before going in....
