BAWADI rant

Am I the only one annoyed that BAWADI still have water schedule even tho its been raining for almost a month? I still don't understand the reason for the schedule, They also cut off the water supply early today (5pm) I wouldn't have any water supply til tuesday next week which is very frustrating
