[TOMT]3d animation about a person and a balloon

There was that 3d animation about a person and a balloon

There was a lot of stuff going on but I remember one scene where the person grabbed a sardine from a can, sliced it in half, rubbed the sardine blood in their mouth like a lipstick and kissed the balloon to give it a mouth and drew eyes on it

It was a weird animation and had a lot of going on but I only remember this scene
