On H1B and got Laid off . Have a home mortgage of 500k

Hello here … trying to get some advice regarding my situation.
I got laid off and have home mortgage of 500k . I’m trying to sell it off but is at a 100k loss .
Even renting is getting ended up with $1500 from my pocket . It’s been 1.5 months and I’m not able to find any employer who can sponsor .
I’m happy going back to india but not able to understand what to do with home loan .
Please help with any suggestions .
