Mixed feeling on the new battle familiar spell

I love the new arcana unleashed but the new battle familiar spell makes me have mixed feelings especially because it seems to spit in the face of summon beast

like the non concentration is the biggest slap to the face

, the ac calculation is another

HP Calculations especially shows up if upcasted

like it feels like if you compare the 2 it has very little reason to go summon beast over it and that was supposed to kinda be druids and rangers thing and now wizards can do a better version ( I know druids can also do it)

And then also hurts even more with the beast master ranger class cause they used summon beast as the blueprint for the beast and although it can't and wont get the 3 or 4 attacks ( seams like a lil oversite) if feels like the spell is encroaching

What are your thoughts 🤔
