Feeling condom anxiety? What could help?

Struggling with condoms a lot. Whenever I put them on, I tend to lose some hardness in the process.

Never happens in sex when going raw but when applying condoms, it makes it a bit flaccid and then getting hard takes time.

Don't think this is condom size issue. What could help?
