Imago in Finland, are there any consequences?

For example, I go to the doctor for something not-trans related and they by-protocol ask me if im on any medication, whats the best, safest thing to answer? do i just say estrogen and antiandrogens and stuff? and will they ask me where i get mine from or is that not something doctors do

and can using Imago have any legal consequences from the state or doctors or anything idk
