The Hell of the Iron-Minded — Designing a civilization trapped in cognitive rigidity and ideological amnesia

I wanted to build a speculative setting where the core conflict isn't just external warfare, but the complete ossification of human consciousness under rigid dogma. The story explores what happens when ancient historical memory resurfaces to challenge institutional myths and force a civilizational restoration.

Curious how others here handle ideological collapse, cognitive dogma, and deep historical amnesia in their speculative worldbuilding.
