Hi i need help

Hi guys, I am recently trying to join the robotics team in my school (in HK) and I want some advice and also they said there will be a competition called HKRC that we would need to join and use python, block code, ect. Would someone be able to give me advice, im considered small in the club and I want some tips with working with people bigger than me too. Thank you so much to people who reply to ts and help me out.
