Reconcile spell

Hello, sorry for the long text and bad English but I desperately need help. My boyfriend and I broke up after a little over a year of dating and 10 months of being together. We were in a long distance relationship. I left him because I found out he was cheating on me and that he potentially sometimes takes drugs. Now I regret it because I suffered until now I could have done more.... so far we have broken up twice for the same reason (he would leave me, but we would reconcile after a few hours, maybe 5 days). This time he told me that he loves me, but that our relationship has become muddy and that there is no point in fixing it and that he does not want to reconcile. I love him and I am ready to forgive him if he stops cheating and does not use drugs, I am aware that he does this because he is insecure. I am aware that only if he goes to psychotherapy would it be better, and I also know that he loves me, he just has this problem (he did this to his ex-girlfriends too). Please help
