Shipping label destination is to a store

Yes you read that correctly. Curious if anyone else has experienced this. I sold an item and when the shipping label printed, it was addressed to a resale store. I don’t really care. It was a super good deal for anyone. Practically a brand new shirt for $3. Just curious if this is a normal thing that people have their items shipped to a store?
