ISO non-barn wedding venue

We’re looking to have our wedding in NH or southwestern Maine. Our budget for 135 people is <$50k all in. I really didn’t want to have a barn wedding. Although the barn setting is lovely and very New England, I was hoping for something a little different. I’m open to mansions, greenhouses, camps, etc. Any recommendations?
