I can’t orgasm from penetration. Please help!

I (26F) can feel the pleasure builds up then disappears without reaching the climax. The only way I can orgasm is using a body pillow while watching porns. I read an advice which is to imitate the way I masturbate during sex but I don’t have any ideal. I can’t imitate that feeling by my own hands and it hurts when my bf’s giving me a fingering down there. Does anyone gone through the same struggle? How should I deal with it?
