E-Scooter Repair Shop

Hey everyone, I need to only replace the rear tire of my Xiaomi 4 e-scooter with the new tire. I have already taken the whole wheel off but I don't have some basic tools to do that. Does anybody know a repair shop that can do this for a reasonable price so I am not charged for a full repair service?
