i got gendered correctly by strangers again

at the hospital 2 of the nurses referred to me as she and also another person in the waiting room said "he i mean she" so maybe i truly look androgynous or because of my height she said he but then took a closer look. also i wasn't presenting particularly fem i had no makeup on and just baggy jogging bottoms i did have a pink top on but men can wear pink. also the last time i was at this same hospital at least 3 strangers referred to me as she

i haven't updated my nhs records also i haven't had any surgeries yet

maybe it's not as over for me as i thought?
