Game turbo help

I use game turbo when playing Minecraft, but for some reason, if the in-game overlay isn't enabled, the touch response becomes plain crap. I'm not talking about the 360hz and 580hz sampling, there's something else, cuz I can noticeably feel it swiping the screen on both sampling rates. If I keep the overlay on, in landscape mode you can't adjust the position, and the close button for most ui is near that corner, which makes it impossible to close it. Is there a way to move it?
