chinese swords movies?

I watched it when I was a kid, as I remember the plot is about a man trying to save a king by gathering a group of random people and then they looking for a ancient swords, every sword has its own power and unique shape.

There is sword that can produce a sound to hypnotize enemies and there is sword that have blades on both side and it can move up and down, the user is trying to figure out how to use them.

Its a chinese movies and I watched it around 2008-2010 in a pirated CD format, so the movies should be released before it.
