Does she really have no use outside Elation teams?

I love her design and avoided pulling Hyacine so far because I assumed Pearl would work on some level as a general sustain. I'm a bit uncomfortable about the idea of pulling a sustain that has no team flexibility because when elation falls off she can't move to a different team the same way Huohuo or DHPT can.

I also really need a 3rd sustain because Gallagher is awful and literally can't keep my team alive anymore. Any chance she gets some level of general utility added to her kit?
