Do you think my freezer spell worked?

I had done a freezer spell on my mom's abuser. Which was written like this.. "I hereby bind this person not to harm me" I added vinegar, water, chili pepper and cayenne. so I stored it inside my freezer. Months later I was cleaning it i had forgotten the juice and water had spilled all over my jar. Now I cannot removed it. I forgotten to take it out but the guy never bothered us and I heard he moved out of town. Which was kinda creepy and cool at the same time! Should I leave my jar alone?
