I built TimeVault: a local-only time tracking app for freelancers/solo consultants — no cloud, no account, no subscription, one-time purchase (€14). Pitch is simple: stop paying monthly for Toggl/Clockify, keep your data on your own device.

Selling it on two channels, both flat:

**•	Etsy** (DE market): 52 views in the last 30 days, **0 orders, €0 revenue**, 0 sales total since launch.
**•	Ko-fi** (international): traffic analytics show **3 new users total** this month (2 from Germany, 1 from Japan) — barely any reach outside the market I’m already failing to convert in.

So it’s not just “conversion is bad” — there’s almost no top-of-funnel traffic on either channel to begin with. Screenshots of the actual app attached so you can judge the product, not just my pitch.

What I’m trying to figure out:

**•**	With 52 views and 0 sales, is that a **listing/conversion problem** (photos, title, description, price) or is 52 views in 30 days just too small a sample to mean anything?
**•**	Is Ko-fi realistically capable of organic discovery for software at all, or is it purely a “bring your own traffic” platform — and if so, where would that traffic even come from for a niche productivity tool?
**•**	Anyone sell something similar (one-time-purchase tool, not a template/ebook) — what actually got you your first sales when you were at zero?

Open to blunt feedback on the screenshots, the listing, the price, all of it.

0 sales on Etsy, near-zero traffic on Ko-fi — my no-subscription time tracker isn’t moving, need a real strategy
