Any revies of samrudha garden by brook?

Hi guys
I’m looking to purchase 2BHK or 2.5 BHK in this garden by Brook.
I would like to know if someone has invested in this property or someone is staying in this property.
Any inputs like how it is, and how is your management and other things?
